The Janulewicz House

Have you been thinking about getting your family out into a peaceful setting? Is there a large family event coming up, that you and many others need a place to stay? The Janulewicz House has been in the Janulewicz family for many years and now they would like to share it with you. This house is perfect for those large family vacations or gatherings as it is spacious and comfortable enough to still provide some space.

A short 10 minute drive to Trade Winds Marina at Sherman Reservoir AND
Located right outside of Loup City and just a little more than a mile to town.

DAILY CHARGE: $325.00/day
DEPOSIT: $300.00
(this amount will be refunded via check when the property is checked for damages as long as none are incurred)
CANCELLATION POLICY: Thirty (30) days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made MORE THAN thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur $300.00 deposit refund via check. Cancellations that are made WITHIN 30-14 days in advance of reservation date, will incur $150.00 (half deposit) deposit refund via check. Cancellations made AFTER 14 days will forfeit the deposit.

RULES OF THE HOUSE

1. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 21 for obvious reasons.

2. Check out time will be 1:00pm, you will be charged for extended time if not out by then.

3. Sorry, NO pets in the house. They can be kenneled in the garage or outside. We cannot be responsible for injury to pets running loose. Your deposit can be lost for pets in the house.

4. Going beyond the fence around the buildings will be considered trespassing. That’s a real No-No!

5. You are responsible for the safety of children in your care. It is your responsibility to make sure they understand the rules.

6. You may use the garage, with the inside opening/closing control.

7. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. That’s a sizable deposit to lose for a cigarette.

8. In case of storms, there is a space in the basement for your safety. Electrical breakers are also located in the basement if you “Blow a fuse”.

9. Trash receptacles are available. Please use them.

10. The washer and dryer are available for your use if needed.

11. The television is connected to an antenna, you will be able to get multiple channels.

12. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies, if you have special needs, you should provide them.

13. The furnishings and equipment in the house are our personal property and you will be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

14. There is a grill provided for you to use. PLEASE USE CARE
